Annual Used Bike Swap
Learn more about how to donate or purchase used bikes, trikes and cycling equipment by visiting the Town's Cycling Programs page. Compost/Mulch Giveaway
The annual free compost, provided by the Region of Halton and the Town, is available to residents of Halton Hills. Please bring your own shovel and containers. The Town of Halton Hills and Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) are developing an Acton-Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan. This plan supports the environmental health of the community. Whether it’s planting trees, removing invasive species, or adding pollinator gardens, these actions support a greener and healthier community.

Turtles are on the move in Halton Hills from spring through fall. Sometimes, they choose an area that is less than ideal to lay their eggs, or they have been injured and need help.
