About cultural services

• Vision Statement: To foster the development and celebration of Halton Hills’ unique character, diversity, civic identity, rural lifestyle, natural and cultural heritage and to do so in a way that has the greatest positive impact on the quality of life in Halton Hills.

• Mission Statement: To implement the Cultural Master Plan by working collaboratively with a wide variety of internal and external partners to coordinate the delivery of cultural services, build strong cultural institutions, complete communities, support economic development and grow the Town’s creative capital.

Through the continued implementation and development of the Town’s Cultural Master Plan, Public Art Master Plan, Integrated Community Sustainability Strategy and Economic Development and Tourism Strategy among others, Cultural Services promotes cultural vibrancy by building the creative economy, cultural tourism opportunities, complete communities, and supporting economic development and the growth of Halton Hills’ creative capital.

Halton Hills is a culturally vibrant community where culture is integrated with our economic, social and environmental lives. A wide range of opportunities for fulfillment through access to sports, recreation, arts, culture and heritage are available. Halton Hills also offers a range of trails to explore our stunning natural spaces.
