Town Peer Review Fees: From time to time outside consultant Peer Review is required for certain Town required studies. Such studies may include Peer Review of Retail Impact Studies, Urban Design or other matters considered necessary for Town approvals. Fees for such studies are to be paid by the applicant/owner to the Town once the Terms of Reference are set and the affected parties have agreed to costs.
Conservation and/or The Region of Halton fees may be applicable to a given development application. Fee information from these agencies can be found on their website.
The cost of one (1) newspaper public notice advertisement is included in the fees for certain applications. Halton Region processing fees and applicable Conservation Authority Peer Review Fees established by the Region of Halton in accordance with the Halton Area Services Review Memorandum of Understanding are not included in the above fees.
