NEW FOR 2024:
1) Inclusion Support:
An initial payment of $100 is required at the time of registration to secure an inclusion camp spot. Following the initial registration, staff will contact you to complete intake and finalize camp placement. The $100 payment will be applied to the total camp fee with the remaining balance due after the intake conversation with staff and you receive registration confirmation of the actual camp. Learn more about inclusion support for summer camps.
2) Waitlists:
If your camp is full, please either register for an alternative camp that week or add yourself to a waitlist. One registered spot OR one waitlist per week please! It helps us track true demand for camp and manage waitlists efficiently. If you remain on a waitlist but also register for a spot at another camp, you will be charged a fee to withdraw from your registered spot to take a waitlisted spot if it becomes available.
3) Camp Withdrawal Procedures:
Early Withdrawal: When a participant withdraws at least ten (10) days before the camp start date, a refund will be issued, less an early withdrawal fee of $10 per camp.
Late Withdrawal: When a participant withdraws within nine (9) days before the camp start date, a refund will be issued, less a late withdrawal fee of 50% of the total camp fee per camp.
Withdrawal After the Camp Starts: When a participant withdraws after the camp has started, no refund is issued.
To withdraw from camp, call 905-873-2600, ext. 2275 or email register@haltonhills.ca. Online withdrawals are not available.
