Section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act requires municipalities on Ontario to keep a Register of properties that are of cultural heritage value or interest. A Heritage Register can include a list of all properties designated under Part IV or Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act as well as "listed" properties.
