Joseph is currently serving his first term as a local Councillor. Elected at the age of 20, Joseph is Halton Hills’ youngest ever Councillor. The Racinsky family has called Halton Hills home for over fifty years and Joseph was born at the Georgetown Hospital. He is excited to bring a new and fresh perspective to Council having volunteered in different capacities in the community and serving his church in Georgetown.
Before entering municipal government, Joseph worked for a member of provincial parliament (MPP). Joseph hopes his experience with other levels of government will be of benefit to Halton Hills. Hard work is something Joseph values highly, and he is eager to work hard on behalf of the Town’s residents. Joseph is proud to represent the rural area in Halton Hills and looks forward to championing history, culture, agriculture, and sound fiscal management.
