On April 19, 2021, Wellings Planning Consultants Inc. on behalf of 1404649 Ontario Limited (Charleston Developments) resubmitted a revised Draft Plan of Subdivision and related application to amend the Zoning By-law (File No. D12 – Charleston Homes (Bishop Court Phase II) for the lands located on Confederation Street (Ninth Line), north of Bishop Court in Glen Williams. The applications are to permit the development of 28 single detached lots fronting on a new public road.
