Nomination Forms

Nominations open on May 1, 2026. The last day for candidates to file nomination papers is August 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Nomination forms will be linked here once they are made available by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

April 17, 2026	Candidate packages are now available for pick up at Town Hall
May 1, 2026	The first day that candidates can file nomination papers and that third-party advertisers can register
August 21, 2026	The last day that candidates can file nomination papers by 2:00 p.m.
October 23, 2026	The Last day that third-party advertisers can register
October 26, 2026	Municipal Election Day
October 27, 2026	Official election results are declared
November 15, 2026	New term of Council commences
