During regular business hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

1. An update will be posted on the closures page

2. The program will be marked "cancelled" on our online registration system

3. A message will be recorded on the Town's recreation hotline at 905-873-2600 ext. 2708 or 2275

 After hours and weekends

1. Check for a pre-recorded message at 905-873-2600 ext. 2708

2. Contact the recreation facility directly. For a list of recreation facilities, check your program registration confirmation or visit our facilities page. 

If your program is organized through a third party, please contact your leagues for updates. 

On business days when inclement weather occurs, closure and cancellation decisions will be made for daytime programs by 7:00 a.m. for programs that start at 9:00 am or later, and for evening programs by 2:00 pm.
