The Town of Halton Hills will observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and mark the importance of the day by closing Town Hall and the libraries on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. All other facilities will be open as usual with no impact on programming.

Program cancellations are actively updated online during normal weekday operating hours. Recreation facility closures due to inclement weather or other causes will be communicated in the following ways:
During regular business hours |
Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After hours, weekends and holidays |
Monday to Friday after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:30 a.m., as well as Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.
If your program is organized through a third party, please contact your leagues for updates. On business days when inclement weather occurs, closure and cancellation decisions will be made for daytime programs by 7:00 a.m. for programs that start at 9:00 am or later, and for evening programs by 2:00 pm. |
