The Town's phone services are currently impacted, and the voicemail system is not working. Any voicemails left on the Town's phone lines may not be received or responded to. Staff is working closely with our service provider to resolve the issue.

During this temporary phone service outage, residents are encouraged to utilize the Town's online forms for general Citizen Inquires and to submit Enforcement and Service Request as needed.
Residents are also able to email Service Halton Hills and find department contact emails when viewing our online Directory.
