HALTON HILLS, ON – The Helson Gallery is proud to present The Royal Collection Trust Project, an exceptional exhibition from the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour (CSPWC). This showcase features the final 25 contemporary Canadian watercolours that will complete the Royal Collection Project, an initiative to create a body of 100 works for His Majesty King Charles III’s Royal Collection.
The first 75 watercolour paintings were gifted in 1985 and 2000. These final works, created by current elected and life members of the CSPWC, will be formally presented to the Royal Collection in 2026 following the exhibition.
Founded in November 1925 by twelve prominent Canadian artists, the CSPWC has long nurtured and championed excellence in watercolour painting. His Majesty King Charles III is an Honorary Member of the Society.
The exhibition runs from February 4 to March 1 in the Helson Gallery.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to view these remarkable works before they journey to England. Join us for the closing reception on Sunday, March 1, from 1–3 p.m. at the Helson Gallery for a special send-off event.
