Memberships & Passes
Memberships and passes allow you to stay active and healthy while saving money!
- Memberships: Unlimited admission for a specific length of time.
- Active passes: A specific number of admissions with no expiry date.
Memberships and passes can be used at participating recreation facilities across Halton Hills. Schedules, activities and available services vary by location.
Active Passes
If you're attending swimming, skating or shinny programs on a regular basis, you could save money with an Active Pass. When you buy a pass, you'll get a Client ID card that works like an electronic punch pass. Get 10 admissions for the price of 9 or get 30 admissions for the price of 25. Each time you attend a program, staff will scan your Client ID card and deduct the admission from your total until you need to renew your pass.
- Child/youth: Ages 0-17 years
- Adult: 18+ years
- Group: Minimum 1 adult, maximum 2 adults up to 5 people; additional attendees pay single admission rate

Gentle aqua fitness
Running H20
Shallow/deep water combined
Water walking
Aqua fit for adults with special needs
NOTE: Pre-registration in advance is available for active pass holders.

Memberships
Memberships are time-based and allow unlimited access to recreation programs for the duration of your membership. If you attend programs multiple times per week, memberships offer great value and flexibility!
- Child/youth: Ages 0-17 years
- Adult: 18+ years
- Family: Minimum 1 adult, maximum 2 adults, plus children of the family
Includes all recreational swimming and skating plus shinny, ice sports and all floor activities. Prices exclude Prime Time Shinny. Membership holder will need to pay $10.00 admission.

The Walk Fit Membership provides access to walking at arenas in Acton and Georgetown. Conditions are always right for a walk in our climate-controlled facilities! Enjoy the safety and convenience of the Walk Fit Membership. "Whatever the weather, we walk together!" Cost is only $37.29 per year, including HST.

How to Buy
Buy online
To buy a membership or active pass online, log into your online account and choose "Memberships" from the My Profile tab.
Buy in person
You can buy a membership or active pass in person at these recreation facilities:
- Acton Indoor Pool
- Acton Arena and Community Centre
- Gellert Community Centre
- Hillsview Active Living Centre - Acton
- Hillsview Active Living Centre - Georgetown
- Mold-Masters SportsPlex

Terms and Conditions
Active Passes
No expiry dates
- Active Pass holders will be admitted to drop-in programs on a first come, first serve basis
- Active Pass Aqua Fitness Holders can pre-register in programs if desired
- Refunds are not available once an Active Pass has been used
Term Memberships:
Refund or extensions (of up to 3 months) of a 365-day term membership may be considered for the following reasons:
Medical, in which a doctor's note is provided
Change of residency out of Halton Hills for which change of address must be demonstrated
All requests for refunds or extensions must be in writing. An administration fee will be applied
No extensions on 30-day term memberships
General Terms and Conditions:
- Client ID cards must be presented to Customer Service Representative/staff at each visit.
- An administration fee will be levied to replace lost or stolen Client ID cards.
- Maximum pool or arena capacities and admission policies apply.
- An individual cannot hold both an Active Pass – Aqua Fitness and an Aqua Fitness Membership at the same time. The Active Pass must be fully used before the Membership can be activated.
- Town of Halton Hills has the right to cancel any Active Pass or Term Membership where holder has demonstrated inappropriate behaviour or actions which include but are not limited to sharing pass or membership ID cards and privileges with non-holders.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuable items at home or use the coin operated lockers
IMPORTANT: After buying your Active Pass or Term Membership, please pick up your CLIENT ID CARD and program supplies on your first visit to the facility.
