November 1-7 is Ontario Carbon Monoxide Awareness and the Halton Hills Fire Department reminds residents to prevent carbon monoxide (CO) in their homes with annual inspections of fuel-burning appliances.
CHANGE CLOCKS AND BATTERIES IN SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS

Clocks will fall back one hour at 2 a.m. on November 3 and the Halton Hills Fire Department is advising residents to install new batteries in their smoke and carbon monoxide alarms when they change their clocks.
Residents living within the neighbourhood and motorists driving on the affected roads are encouraged to submit comments on Let's Talk, and attend a Public Information Center November 21. Check out the details!
