 View and register for programs

Waitlists: If your program is full, please either register for another available time or add yourself to a waitlist. One registered spot OR one waitlist only per program, please. It helps us track true demand for programs and manage waitlists efficiently. If you remain on a waitlist but also register for a spot at another time, you will be charged a fee to withdraw from your registered spot to take a waitlisted spot if it becomes available.

Registration Information

3 steps to register online for a program

  1. Create a new family account: After choosing "Signup" at the top of the screen, enter the appropriate information to create your new family account. If you are a parent or guardian, enter your personal information and then add dependent children later in your profile.
    Step1
  2. Browse and choose a program category: From the "Register" tab, use the filters and categories to choose the type of program you're interested in and click the title of the program.
    Step2
  3. Choose a session and check out: Once you have found a program type, e.g., 'fitness', you will need to register for a particular session. For registered programs, a session could be a multi-week swimming lesson or fitness class. From the program category, find the specific class you're interested in and choose the blue "show courses" link. This will reveal the classes or dates that are available. Programs are displayed in chronological order by start date, so the most current programs are listed first. For future programs, please scroll down the webpage.

On business days when inclement weather occurs, closure and cancellation decisions will be made for daytime programs by 8 a.m. and evening programs by 2 p.m.

Due to increasing demand for our recreation programs, registration for people who do not pay taxes, and/or reside in Halton Hills, is delayed 7 days after the registration start date. An additional 20% charge is added to the cost of programs for non-taxpayers. These measures give priority access to Halton Hills taxpayers.

All swimmers must know and understand the Town's swim admission policy. A safety-first approach to swimming ensures safety and enjoyment for everyone.

Preventing injuries is important to keeping people active throughout their lives. Some injuries are easy to see and treat but what about an injury inside the head? Brain injuries, such as concussions, don’t show on the outside and are not always obvious. Even when you can’t see the injury, a person with a concussion still feels the effects and needs the proper care to get better. The Concussion Awareness Resource document produced by the Government of Ontario will help you learn more about concussions so you can keep yourself and others active and safe. Learn more about Rowan's Law and concussion awareness resources.
