If you notice an issue related to Town‑maintained infrastructure or green spaces, you can report it through the Town’s reporting tools.

Green spaces play an important role in community well‑being, environmental health and neighbourhood character. The Town maintains a wide range of public green spaces across Halton Hills. Green space maintenance may include:
Grass cutting in parks, sports fields and boulevards
Tree and shrub maintenance on Town property
Trail and pathway upkeep
Playground and park feature inspections
Litter collection and waste removal
Seasonal maintenance, such as leaf collection, support in parks
Service levels vary depending on location, usage, season and environmental conditions.
