  • To develop long range and other land use plans/strategies which are in keeping with the planning principles of "complete communities" and consistent with the Town's vision, Town Strategic Plan, and approved directions of Council.
• Planning Analysis Informing Sound Planning Policy
  • To conduct planning studies and develop and maintain planning information databases to inform and evaluate long range and other land use plans/strategies
• Advancing Town Objectives in Regional & Provincial Planning
  • To participate in Provincial, Regional and other broader planning initiatives to advance Town planning objective
