Cedarvale Park

A large, naturalized park in central Georgetown that features many family-friendly activities like parking and barrier-free access, soccer field, playground, walking trails (paved and gravel trails) and leash-free park for dogs. Park includes a stream running through with several old-growth willow trees for shade. A great spot for a picnic!

In winter, enjoy tobogganing within the designated area near the upper parking lot off Eighth Line. Outdoor lighting extends the fun into the evening as well! Ensure safe tobogganing practices - wear a helmet, use proper equipment, and only toboggan in designated areas.
