All through traffic must follow the designated detour routes and avoid entering the downtown area. 
Local access only is permitted past the barricades at: 
- Main Street North at Guelph Street (Highway 7)
- Regional Road 25 at 25 Sideroad
Paid Duty Officers are stationed at these locations to assist with traffic control.
