Growing Food for Local Food Banks

The Town's SST will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2019. One of their great achievements was the development and implementation of a Town Hall Demonstration Garden where vegetables were grown for local food banks. In the summer of 2018, a total of 76 pounds of vegetables were donated to local food banks; a tangible benefit of this municipal-community partnership.
