On August 1, 2014, the Town deemed complete Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications submitted by Ken Dakin Land Use Planning Consultant (the agent), on behalf of Credit River Ridge Developers (the applicant).
The applications submitted were to permit a proposed six-storey, 113-unit retirement residence on the lands municipally known as 193, 195, 197 Mountainview Road North and 111 John Street with off-site shared underground parking accessed via 115 John Street.
On February 2, 2015, the Agent on behalf of the Applicant submitted an updated submission to address Town, Agency and Urban Design Peer Review comments and comments received from the Public via the Public Meeting held on September 28, 2015.
