The Municipal Elections Act now includes a framework for third party advertising. The framework will come into effect on April 1, 2018, so that the rules will be in place for the 2018 Municipal Election.

Registration opens beginning May 1 to October 19, 2018. Your registration must be filed in person or by an agent at: Clerk's Office, Service Halton Hills Counter If you want to advertise in more than one municipality, you must register in each municipality you want to advertise.
