The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) is a provincially-appointed agency that hears appeals related to land disputes and Planning Act applications in Ontario. This may include applications for approval of Official Plan Amendments, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Subdivisions, Condominiums, Minor Variances, Consents, Site Plans and more.
