Booking ActiVan
HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACTIVAN RIDE:
You may make your reservation, between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, up to a week in advance of your proposed trip. Please call 905-873-2601 Ext. 2617 no later than 4:00pm the day before you wish to travel.
To cancel or confirm an after business hours ride please call 905-693-5191.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is recommended.
Please be prepared to supply the following information:
- your name
- the date and time of trip
- pick-up address
- purpose of trip
- destination and time you wish to arrive
- pick-up time for return trip
- is there anyone accompanying you?
