Commissioner of Oaths and Declarations:

The fee for Commissioner of Oaths for documents such as affidavits, vehicle transfers and pension forms is $15.00. Commissioner of Oaths services are provided at the Clerk’s Department, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, except for statutory and other holidays.

The person(s) swearing the affidavit must appear before the Commissioner. Photo identification such as driver’s license, picture health card or passport is required.
