Apply for Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates Online:  Clients can simply fill out an online application, pay with a credit card and the birth, marriage or death certificate is guaranteed within 15 days (delivery time is included for birth certificates).

Additional Online Services:  Clients can use the Online Status Checking service to quickly reference the status of recent birth, death or marriage certificate requests.  Clients can also use the Change of Name Wizard to find helpful information about the ways to change a name, print forms for the two most common types of name changes, and complete them at their convenience.
