Georgetown Action Sports Implementation
A new community skatepark and multi-purpose courts are coming to the Gellert Community Park, and we want your help to design them!
Based on outcomes of the Georgetown Action Sports Needs Assessment, the Town of Halton Hills is implementing the top priority recommendations which is to design, consult and construct a community skatepark and 2 multi-purpose courts at the Gellert Community Park.

Georgetown Action Sports Needs Assessment
Purpose of Study:
The Georgetown Action Sports Needs Assessment confirmed the needs for new action sports opportunities in Georgetown, developed a prioritized implementation strategy and determined that the focus of this project will be focused to hard-surface action sports parks (i.e. Skate Parks). Outcomes and priorities for implementation over the next 10 years were identified. For all the details please read the final report.
