The Infrastructure Services Department is committed to provide quality customer service to our citizens.
PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE, TIMELY, INFORMATIVE RESPONSES, SEAMLESSLY, TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
The Infrastructure Service Department has initiated a new approach to providing customer service that involves dedicated, cross-service staff teams, created to specifically deal with key matters, as it relates to Infrastructure Services.
Our objective is to create strong relationships between our staff, partners and the public in an effective streamlined environment, which leads to timely responses to inquires and qualitative conclusions to application processes.
The Infrastructure Customer Service Team works diligently to delivery superior customer service and support during our hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
