Direct Mail Campaign :
In order to promote the 401-407 Gateway Business Park as efficiently as possible the Town of Halton Hills in conjunction with this web site has developed a targeted Direct Mail Campaign aimed at developers, builders and end users. The first of three lure cards was sent out to over 2,000 companies, we hope that this will enhance our message that Halton Hills has the best location in the GTA.
Fernbrook Natural Spring Water
One of the first companies to recognize the benefits of the 401-407 Gateway Business Park was Fernbrook Natural Spring Water which set up operations in 2005. The plant located on the north side of Steeles Avenue. is one of the most modern and efficient water bottling operations in Canada. The company’s products include their own brand and private label brands which are sold throughout Canada. The Town of Halton Hills has approved a Minor Variance which will allow the installation for more storage silos which will increase production. Another 401-407 Gateway Business Park success story.

New Direct Mail Campaign
The Town of Halton Hills is putting the finishing touches on a direct mail campaign which is designed to promote the 401-407 Gateway Business Park. Four pieces of high quality information will be sent by regular mail and email over the next six months. We will make available to our 401-407 Gateway Business Park partners copies of these brochures to assist in promoting this prime area. The first mailer will be sent in December 2008 and subsequent pieces will go out every two months.
