2010 Committee of Adjustment Meetings:
Public Meetings are generally held monthly on Wednesdays commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Halton Hills Civic Centre, 1 Halton Hills Drive (Georgetown). The Applicant or an authorized Agent is required to be in attendance.
A hearing is required for all variances/requests for permission; however, not necessarily for all consents. When a hearing is required for a consent application, the following meeting dates would also be applicable.
It should be noted that the submission deadline dates noted below apply only to Applications for Minor Variance and Requests for Permission and not to Applications for Consent. Information respecting the consent process timelines is available from the Committee Secretary-Treasurer on a case-specific basis.
