Halton Hills Bike Challenge - log your kilometres

 

Whether you have cycled short or long distances this summer please log on to the Halton Hills Bike Challenge website to log their kilometres. Collectively, our community goal is to ride and log 416,000 kms so that when milestone distances are reached businesses will donate money to the Georgetown Hospital.

 

New Online Engagement Platform

 

Let's Talk Halton Hills is the Town’s new online engagement site that allows you to contribute your ideas and feedback on a variety of municipal issues and projects. We invite you to join the conversation at letstalkhaltonhills.ca

 

The Wenjiang Festival

 

The Wenjiang Festival is coming up from October 23 to 28. This new cultural festival is celebrating our sister city in China. Festival highlights include:

  • Calligraphy and painting classes;
  • Sichuan cooking activities;
  • Performing arts showcase; and
  • A day of hockey related events organized by The Georgetown Hockey Heritage Council, featuring exhibition games with players from China and Halton Hills as part of the Georgetown Hockey Celebrations
