Building Permit Application
The official provincial Building Permit Application (including Schedule 1 & 2) (Application to Construct or Demolish) must be used for all permit applications for construction or for demolition. The Town also has a Change of Use Permit form.
The council approved Building By-law is available for information. The various rates for which Building Permit Fees (see: Infrastructure Services User Fees) are calculated are available in the council approved User Fee By-law.
The Ontario Building Code has been revised to include an explicit list of applicable laws that must be complied with prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
