Thanks to the staff for the wonderful Valentine breakfast and movie for Valentine’s Day. How nice to share these times with friends.

Come out and join me. The cost is $10.00 payable the day of the class. You will need to register for Stories From the Heart @ the Centre through the Library by calling 905.873.2681 Ext 2511.

Watch for the Mother’s Day silent auction. We will be featuring some great items. Drop in and put in your bid. The silent auction will close on Friday, May 12.

Along with this we will be selling tickets on a Mother’s Day basket. What a great gift for mother! Can’t tell you what’s in it. You will have to come and see for yourself and I bet you will want to put your money down for one or more tickets.

There has been a change in the Canada Blooms trip. We will not be going to Casa Loma. Because of the change the price of the trip has been dropped to $85 for member or $90 for non-member. There is also a change in departure time. We will be leaving Georgetown at 8:45 a.m. There are a few seats left. The final sign-up date has been moved forward to Feb. 27.
