    We are a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of adults through a lifestyle that embraces physical activities and social interaction. Your membership entitles you to access both locations of our Centre. Our facilities are run daily by a team of dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in getting involved as a volunteer we offer a wide range of opportunities.
